This solar cell was found in a “Things of Science” box. It is unknown if the educational kits included this cell or if it was just stored in this box. The solar cell appears to be a version of the Bell Laboratories solar battery. They were manufactured by NatFab Products, Hoffman, International Rectifier, and also sold by Edmund Scientific. Most likely this cell from a version from International Rectifier or Edmund.
